Great result.

Whatever is going on off the pitch. Dino is quietly getting on with it. I think we’ve lost about 1 in 8 now.

We can’t. Can we? 🤪

No because a lot of folk would be upset if we did.

No we can't, Morecambe are a poor side, I hope I'm wrong mind you.

When did we last win the game before and the game after Christmas?

Or even just one of them?

Well done Dino.

I'm struggling to think of a festive period when we have done well?! Next 2 are very winnable too (well the next half dozen are very winnable but we wont go and do a swindon of 8 on the bounce lol)

Two big wins which put a different slant on our season now.  Undeniably it hasn't been a good season, but credit to Dino for dragging this squad away from immediate relegation danger with a transfer window just around the corner.

Win against Salford and we'll finish the calendar year in mid-table, almost unthinkable given how bad the season has been to date.

The performances and points tally do justify high praise for Dino in my opinion.

Reflecting on the start of this season, there weren't many reasons to be cheerful.

Morecambe away shouldn't be a daunting prospect, but i don't presume any fixture is a gimme, all things considered.

Defence appears to be ok, discipline better, the need for more goals is obvious to all.

Fingers crossed we can keep hold of the vital loan / short term contract players to keep the recovery alive.

Well done to all those who travelled today.

Try reading how much stick Frankies6 gets at the beginning of this thread for trying to be positive.

there’s being positive and then there’s being on drugs.

Dino should be applauded at the form given the “talent” at his disposal.

i just hope the brothers Grimm allow him his own decisions in the window and I can get excited for the first time in about 13 years (well about football at least)

McCann was absolute quality, maouche brilliant and Smith always a threat, we made hard work of it but got there in the end,

Dino is a hard task master, both Morais and Maouche were perplexed as to why they had been subbed, shaking their heads and muttering as they hit the bench.

We're in between greatness and mediocrity but with a bit of luck and a decent target man, we might just sneak the play offs in this dire League.

Good win pulling along way away from the relegation now. Dino the man wont stand laziness and knows this league well. 2 strikers in and a left back we could easy get the last playoff spot will need luck along the way though as all teams do.
