Boundary Park buy out

What does the FLG now own?  Just the north stand/OEC or do they now own all four stands, surrounding land etc?

The Clown owns just the club and pays / will pay the FLG rent?

I would have expected more news by now and uncertain why the individuals involved aren’t publicly known.  What have they got to hide?  What’s their plans?

Granted that demonstrating the OEC as profitable will entice investment and perhaps a buyout of the club from the Clown but that sounds even more slowly, slowly than Pennywise’s grand scheme.  By the time this happens, the club could be non-league, withering on the vine that even the FLG may see it sense to sell on the land again or relocate the club on a much downsized scale to then redevelop the current area.

Don’t think they own the NS yet, l think they just run it.

A great point made and probably sadly lost on those with an agenda to "force" AL and who seem hellbent on watching the World burn.

Also, as someone said above , it takes a lot of money for a FLG to run a football club. Even more to take on someone who may (or may not) have backers and some deep pockets to access should it be required fight such a fight. Let's hope we win the first 5 games and maybe some much needed sense and harmony can be applied to the off-field situation.

Interesting that your narration makes it sound like the FLG are the primary protagonists here......

I'm not sure it takes that much money run a 4th division club. It does if your owner relies on it to fund his transatlantic lifestyle and strange obsession with Chinese perimeter boards, or wildly expensive foreign players of variable quality.

Don’t suppose we’ll know any costs at all until someone starts filing the accounts!

Andy Holt seems to be doing a pretty good job of running a 3rd division club with arguably less revenue/income.....

They own nothing and haven’t made an attempt to buy anything yet.  We know this because the Trust hasn’t been legally notified of an intention to buy and given their six months to counter/agree.

They're running the OEC Ltd, so I do wonder if they own that entity? Companies Ho says otherwise, albeit that's not definitive.... also note: Accounts Overdue!

That's not correct. The FLG have stated the following;-

As previously outlined, the purchase has been agreed and once this is complete we will be able to release further details on the next stage.

As Kow pointed out yesterday, the Trust haven't received formal notification of a sale by the council as an obligation of their ACV..... yet! Suggests both parties [FLG and Blitz] still talking.....

They technically have because they have been invited to join the FLG as part of the right of refusal under the ACV.

So. .

My understanding is, the FLG own nothing yet, but they plan to initially buy the north stand and car park,  and then look to buy the other stands at a later date.

They can release plans for a fans bar in the OEC, (even though they don’t own it yet,) because it’s nothing to do with AL.

AL will rent the OEC on match day, (and the other stands in the future) and the football club get the money, anything else it generates goes to the FLG.

Is that right?

I tried highlighting this the other day, and got scoffed at.

He will hate to see the club doing well in any form, when it’s nothing to do with him.

That is the May review four or five weeks ago. Maybe things have moved on since then.

Could have... but if the Trust haven’t informed the fans they represent of such a significant change then that would be an absolute farce.

....they're only morally obligated to tell us if they've heard from the council regarding the ACV [the ACV that they set up for us]....  as it happens, they've told us a party are in discussion to purchase the ACV long before that stage. So, your post is a bit of a farce......

They made a point of telling us, in bold, that they hadn’t heard yet.  If that has changed and the haven’t told the people they represent then of course that is farcical.  You don’t half have some double standards.
