L1onheartNew Posted October 24, 2020 Share Posted October 24, 2020 Tbf we are no better, or worse than last season. Need to give away a 2 goal lead before we even think about playing. Garrity is our best mid which is concerning. Hamer is our longest serving player and surely is playing purely on the back of that. It all came together at Bolton, now we look like we havent played together. Ever. Whelan and Mcalmont couldnt tackle a bait box made of maggots and worms and we definitely miss Sylla or someone of his ilk. 5-2 to us. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Flemboy Posted October 24, 2020 Share Posted October 24, 2020 Vale much stronger and balanced team .We keep losing possession and not threatening.We need more decent crosses which Vale are doing and are posing problems down the right wing. steveecky Posted October 24, 2020 Share Posted October 24, 2020 If you pick a team with 3 forwards then the 3 in midfield need to be more aggressive, not the 3 that were picked to play today (not that we have better on the bench). And full backs can't overlap like Barnett does as there is no cover and he is stranded every time it breaks down, which it mostly does. Apart from Rowe there is no composure in the side.
