b0ndl1ne
Hardly any teams back up a giant killing with a win in their next league game. The Missile, Branger and Lang to mention a few will all be knackered given the amount of running they put in yesterday. No Surridge and likely no Lyden means this will be very tough

UpTheLatics
What I'd like to see is Lemsagam, Wild, Clarke etc really encourage supporters to get to the game on Saturday. Even better would a reduction in admission prices to get a load of yesterday's following - and more besides - into the ground for a league game. Very tough game, but the momentum and confidence gained if we could get a win heading would be so beneficial. We're heading into that part of the season comparable to the stage in a horse race when jockeys start to clamber for position.

philliggi
Baxter is a shadow of his former self these days. I've only really seen him do it in the cup came when he got injured

He doesn't pay bills asks for a ridiculously inflated price for the football club. While all this is going on he has been sunning himself in Barbados. On a £750k per year salary. They were trading insolvently in the promotion year from Lge 1, same last year and have had loan players that they haven’t even been paying this year to improve their team. They are entering in to contracts in bad faith. They are cheating. The whole thing is built on a dodgy loan to a finance company and further directors loans. The current clown hasn’t put a real penny in. They have lied to the press, lied to other teams, lied to the Football League, lied to the authorities and lied to their own fans. They should allowed to go bust. If the authorities are happy to let a small club go to the wall then Bolton (largish championship club) shouldn’t be any different. Harsh on the fans but they didn’t question the good years when they were racking up £100m plus debts. Wouldn't be surprised if the only change to the starting 11 on Sunday is Sylla in for Lyden. Nepomuceno is a bit wasted at full-back but thinking about it there were times he moved into midfield so we were effectively playing 3-6-1 a formation that is becoming slightly de rigeur. Lang may very well be moved up front if needed- think we've only really got him and COG as realistic forwards now.

Wouldn't that be a 'wing back' position? :D Lang up front alongside O'Grady, I think is a distinct possibility. Sylla is an unknown quantity. Could [hopefully] be the spanner in the works for the opposition, should he make an appearance.
