Fleetwood 1-1 Dongs

Bury 2-1 Gillingham

Wigwam 1-0 Dale

Pompey 0-2 Lashers

Posh 1-1 Wombles

Norfampton 0-0 Oxford

Leaves us in 21st. 1 game in hand over Fleetwood, Dongs, Bucket Shakers and Wombles, 2 in hand over Northampton. Could have been a lot worse.

Yes would have to agree although the lashers result was a bit of a shocker.

an interesting one was Walsall. Could they be making a late bid?

Had a look at remaining fixtures at the weekend for the current bottom 8.

Final table looks like this

17 Blackpool 57 pts

18 Fleetwood 54

19 Oldham 53

20 Wimbledon 49

21 Northampton 48

22 MK Dons 41

22 bury 41

24 Rochdale 37

For us I said 5 wins v Portsmouth Walsall Blackpool Gillingham and Doncaster and 2 draws.

Already Dale  have dropped 2 points and Fleetwood have dropped 3.  MKD have gained 1.

So today's winners were

Wimbledon +1

Blackpool +3

MKDons +1

losers were

fleetwood -2

Northampton-2

fleetwood have already dropped 5 points on my predictions after only 2 games.

my bottom 4 is still the same but Fleetwood need to be careful

Donny concede a 93rd minute equaliser and then an 103rd minute winner for Rotherham. That leaves Donny 6 points above us, having played two games more.

I was watching that score and when Rotherham equalised, I thought that was it.
I left it at +11 minutes of added time.

Plymouth, who were bottom in December, currently in the playoffs, that's some run.

Derek Adams has done a great job turning things round there considering the poor start they had. He’d have been shown the door at other clubs despite being newly promoted.

Peterborough have binned off their manager after just 1 win in 9 matches.

They’ve drawn the last 4, and are in 10th place, 6 points behind the play offs with 2 games in hand.

there are fine margins, maybe they’ve got someone else lined up

I would much rather be bottom of this table and the 800 we average away be 4.8% of our home crowds, all this table shows me is that we have a real problem attracting fans to home games which in turns hampers any real chance of progress.

£24 a ticket certainly doesn’t help.

It’s put me off going to quite a few this season. Scandalous prices for this level, even worse when it’s your own fans.

All the big away followings would have had similar if not higher ticket price though.

I've paid near on £20 to watch some non league this season, not saying its right but clubs like ours and those lower in the pyramid are reliant more than ever on gate receipts to operate.

Personally think £20 should be the most clubs at our level should be allowed to charge and £5 for kids.

Most away days I plan to go beforehand. Plus we know that it’s a different mentality from home games.

Whether it’s right or wrong, many won’t bother for that reason.

Steve Evans to Peterborough seems a done deal.

Meanwhile Pterborough leading Walsall 2-1. Good for us, as Walsall 5 pts clear but we now have a game in hand if it stays that way.

Blackburn winning 3-0 at AFC Wimbledon. We are 2 pts behind but now 2games in hand. Only down side is Blackburn now top.

From a position of playing more games than most around us, suddenly we are the one with games in hand over quite a few teams

Both games tonight going our way .Wimbledon getting stuffed.

Walsall still making their late bid.

Wimbledon now 2 points ahead and we have 2 games in hand. Walsall are making a bid as they have 5 points from the last 5 games and are still in danger . Bonus game for us on Saturday.

Wimbledon's goal difference is now the same  as ours -12 but we've scored 12 more than them (unbelievable after last season), if we only got 2 draws from our ames in hand we'd still go above them. Will be tricky for them to catch our goals scored I would think.

Anyone know which L1 clubs have undersoil heating?  I'm guessing Wigan and Blackburn; others?

It's no use if they can't make the surrounding areas safe. Stupid really because of areas fans need to travel through before getting to the ground.

Our game would have been on last Saturday.

All the premiership games are on, don't they have any surrounding access issues?
