Perth have an average crowd over the last 10 seasons of about 9,000 and about 16,000 highest. But given that a local derby is a minimum of 28 hour drive (one way) or just short of 3 hours flying - ( over 4 hours flying and and 40 hours driving to Sydney) that's not to shabby. Hope the lad does well, my brother gave him rave reviews when he first joined us so I don't know what went wrong.

What's the away support like???

Nil zilch sweet fa

the big attendance games are the Sydney v Western Sydney (last year) 18,050 home average jumped to 41,213 and the really big one Melbourne Victory v Melbourne City 27,260 home average jumped to 50,873

We have the money coming in via attendance but next to nothing for the TV deal because no one watches soccer on TV, even woman's cricket beats the soccer! And the cost of flying squads and hotels really smash the bottom line - result is we end up with players of Mills stature walking straight into the first team.

Watching @MLS and Wowzer the standard of defending @NYCFC is abysmal!! Like I've said if you want a proper experienced CB let me know 1f44d-1f3fb.png

I bet he can't believe he never made it a top club given what a player he's been throughout his career.

....isn't his missus preggers....?

Yes. And having not earned a wage until January this year, he will cave in much sooner this time. He may think he's championship or MLS quality but if he doesn't have a better offer by mid July, he'll probably sign for us.

...my point being, his tweet is likely to be about his heavily pregnant wife, as opposed to a contract offer from a football club....
