Is the company up for sale? Who are the share holders and what is there stake. Are the shares up for sale? Does the majority share holder have a drag and tag clause so we can take the lot. or will there be stubborn shareholder who want a big slice or remain on the board. Would the company be in debt so would we need administration and enough funds to buy the name back at a price that would satisfie the creditors pot. No staff no players no manager suggest to me it mite no be a good time to play football chairman without getting ourselves all in debt and folding the club

Is the company up for sale? Who are the share holders and what is there stake. Are the shares up for sale? Does the majority share holder have a drag and tag clause so we can take the lot. or will there be stubborn shareholder who want a big slice or remain on the board. Would the company be in debt so would we need administration and enough funds to buy the name back at a price that would satisfie the creditors pot. Simon Corney owns 97% of the club.

The Trust owns 3%.

 

That's my understanding...

....the Bolton journo suggested his agent(s) have been promoting his name to all and sundry since we left the New Den....

 

....he attended the Crompton Cricket Club social recently and said, [paraphrasing] he'd only really leave for Leeds and Sheff Weds....

 

....all the badge tapping/fist pumping, affection language histrionics are subsequently proven hollow [we shouldn't be surprised, the football industry is rotten to the core].....

 

....Blitz & Gazal asset stripped the club and then ran away but Simon Corney [a man who is not a multi-millionaire] stayed and continues to try to keep us [without the assets] afloat....

 

....he's said for years he's willing to sell to someone/anyone better placed than he to be our custodian....

 

....anyone who has been rumoured to come close, Marwan Koukash, Stephen Vaughan have either appeared unfit or not willing to take the club without the assets owned by Blitz & Gazal [not Corney]....

 

....and yet, it's all Corney's fault and over 60% of people want him out?

I think the underlying reason will be that the budget for this coming season is a lot less than Shez was promised when he jumped ship from Newport.

Hence his reason to leave and the desperate money raising consequences of the S/T offer has now come back to bit us.

In the last accounts the club had fixed assets of around £2.5 million. April 2015 .

If we don't own anything then what are these?

If we have the ground on a finance lease then this could well be the value of the ground at that time I.E the 3 stands and the shell of the North Stand in April 2015.

Can people stop just making :censored: up to suit there agenda. Deal with what we KNOW. From what we KNOW, Sheridan is a bull:censored:ter.
