Since he left us he's played more or less 4 full seasons, all of them at a lower level averaging a goal every 7 games. Doesn't stand out as one of the great errors of judgement. He was a keeper for us in the mid 90's. Don't know if he ever played a game for us, mind... Blast from the past. Was quite well thought of, was involved in the England set up as a teenager and I can remember him being involved in the Draw for the Euro '96 groupings as an up and coming player. As a 'False 9' (I hate that term!), I thought he could easily do a job at our level. Every time i've seen him play for Plymouth, he's been a useful....
