A goal of the season award would be very diffucult, there have been at least ten we have scored this season which would win it in most other seasons.

Player of the season is McAleny because he was firstly the top scorer and secondly was here all season.

Who the hell counts them??!!  Safely filed under b for b###ocks.   What constitutes a dribble?  Do you have to go 10 yards, 20 yards, 30 yards and do you have to beat a man, two men? and what is success - passing to a team mate at the end of it, going forwards rather than backwards, creating a chance?  I'll happily go dinosaur on this one and say there's only one stat that matters :)

Worse than that is that some people are voting for Piergianni and being deadly serious about it...

. . . and the results are in:

Winner: Dylan Bahamboula  (44.21%)  🏆

Runner Up: Conor McAleny  (36.84%)

Third: Carl Piergianni  (9.47%)

We got that right I think.

3. Piergianni  for the effort he put in all season playing alongside inexperienced or poor defenders - I cannot think of a single player who worked harder when on the pitch. He made the most of his talents in a poor defence.

2. McAleny for the goals he scored although he did fade towards the end of the season

1. Bahamboula for being the most exciting forward we have had at the club in years - one who gets the crowd on the edge of their seats when he’s on the ball. Towards the end of the season he was man marked by two or more opposition players which shows the threat he posed.
