238 down there tonight, great result for them and us all! but honestly does that say how good our away following is or how poor some others in the league are? orient brought similar to that and they were top of the league and it was a saturday?

ANYWAY, cracking result and following lads ohhhhhhh whennnn the bluessss

lo and behold, Korey tries a shot and.........oh look...........a goal

you have to buy a ticket to win the raffle lads

shoot on site!!

Sounds like it should have been more as well, and they kept going all the way

5 points from the last 9

keep chipping away and picking up points we'll be ok

Lets go give Brentford a game now, no pressure lets lose 3-0 having a go if we have to!

Obviously Millar made all the difference or was it that they brought on Robbie Simpson?

Brilliant result. Just 7 from 7 - I did think 46 might do it but it is all closing up so now I think 50 will just do given our goal difference. We will need something at Bradford or Carlisle.

Ilford Recorder match report:

That appears to be more accurate than the BBC who said that Latics struggled throughout. Their very own stats suggest otherwise. And Korey Smith "chipped the keeper"? With a long distance thumper? Who writes this stuff?

The last two matches have been real turning points for our season. Had we lost or even drew on Saturday we'd have been in so much trouble and tonight, with ten mins or so left I was looking at the table thinking we're getting sucked back in slowly, just three points off the relegation zone. But we're starting to show character, cojones and finally we're getting a bit of long-overdue fortune in the last minute. If we stay up, this is where it turned around.

Reverse turning points.

Played the way we started out the season against Crawley and, by all accounts, tonight as well.

Long may the revival from our lull in style and tactics continue.

Korey made the goal on Saturday too, he needs to be playing 15 yards further up the pitch! Well done Captain.

It was Wes who played higher up more often, he was harassing their holding midfielder as much as sitting. Korey did take the ball forward well though. We were well worth a point. Worth 3 easily with better finishing. Brown, Wirral and Lockwood did well also I thought. We created despite Harkins not getting involved as much as he would have liked.
