I forget who posted with regards to refund of season tickets .. not sure it's that easy ..

Refunds on Season Tickets will only be available in exceptional circumstances and at the Clubs discretion. The Club will deduct from the amount of any refund payable to You under this clause its reasonable administrative costs and a sum to cover its losses as a result of cancellation, including loss of profit.

And so the slow stripping of the football clubs assets to fund the business saga continues...Corneys priority is getting the 'business' side of his assets firmed up to provide income over the long term for him and the partners. At the neglect of anything in terms of football... The stand is essential as a future income revenue stream for him whether we have a football club or not.

Wake up and smell the coffee people...I will always have a strange love in with OAFC but lost the emotional upset that many of you still have a long time ago...

Corney will come out smiling offering the little reassurance the final few loyalists need to hear that everything will be ok and enough people will buy it out of desperation...

It's at the point in a relationship where your partner has had multiple affairs but says they are sorry and will change and you still welcome them open arms out of desperation

The Corneys send their regards...

Heard that Shez and the board had a budget meeting Monday.

Assume today's news is a result of that !!!!!

Heard on the grapevine that there was no money available to pay fees for Holloway or Main... No surprise really. Edited by Latics_Fanatic

If it's about wages then bollocks to him. He signed for two and a half years on a salary he was happy with. If we have to pay him more then that affects playing budget.

However - I doubt this is the reason for delay. The club have most likely moved the goalposts on budget, Shez not happy and most likely has a clause enabling him to leave as long as club is compensatedfor an agreed amount that will be lower fee than his wage for remainder of contract. It'll all be each parties obligations.

Club delaying because frankly it's embarrassing for them and they want an NDA signed so they come out with an ambigious conclusion like every other smoke and mirror outcome over the years. Undisclosed amounts received, no comment etc etc.

We have progressively gone backwards on the pitch under the last six-seven years under Corney

If that's the case so much for loving the club, anyone with the club at heart would relish the challenge.

If this is simply about personal terms then I think quite a few here should wind their necks in.

Corney AND Sheridan agreed a contract relatively recently. It is not Corney's fault that Sheridan as had his head turned for a bigger contract at, what appears to be, a club in an even more shabby state than ours and who go through managers like there is no tomorrow. The Notts County Forum cant believe Sheridan is even interested, let alone actually going there.
