Seems this chap is potentially standing in for Pat at least, as IIRC Pat is off for at least 6 months.

He seems familar, for some reason, been around before maybe?

A few more changes, I might have missed one previous update out.
However, and exception appears to be Paul Flynn, who changes from Head Groundsman to Head of of Operations (Grounds).MM if it is a promotion though, I think it is well deserved, the pitch seems better than for years.
-    Maintenence: Jason Pheasey  into   Head of Maintenence: Jason Pheasey taking over Dean  Pickering Snr  who moved to
Kit mana little while ago.
Shahed Alam changes from Finance to Finance Director...
Jamie Stoddart changes from Commercial to Business Development Manager
Inclusion Supporter Liaison Officer: Abul Khayr (OACT)  into  Inclusion Supporter Liaison Officer: Natalie Atkinson

and Supporter Liaison Officer: Mark Lund into  Supporter Liaison Officer: TBC

I'm struggling to see much of a wholesale restructure that was promised in the Vision and Plan 2019- 2022, savng money on a staffing structure for a L1 or L2 club , seems more like moving the deckchairs on the Titanic.

In some cases, like laundry possibly staffing has increased again.

It seems odd for the managing director to also take on the Inclusion Supporter Liaison Officer roll: I an think of one post that could be made redundant at least!

The club need a Supporter Liaison Officer, it's a UEFA / FA requirement. It can be someone who also works at the club, but it isn't best practice for that to happen.

I'd hope Natalie is only temporarily covering the role, while a replacement is found.

From FSA/SD guidelines on SLO

Supporter Liaison Officers
A Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) is a selected person responsible for building bridges between the club and its fans. SLOs may be volunteers or employees. An SLO should communicate fans’ opinions to a club’s board or senior staff members, and should also liaise with stewards, police and counterparts at opposition clubs.

As per Rudemedic post above:

Do clubs have to do it?
Working with Supporters Direct, UEFA introduced a licensing requirement in the 2012/13 season for all clubs across Europe to appoint a Supporter Liaison Officer to ensure proper and constructive discourse between them and their fans.

What does good look like?
• The ideal situation would be for a full-time SLO but SLOs do not have to be employed full-time. They can also work on a part-time or voluntary basis (3 ideally if voluntary).
• A team of ‘match day’ SLOs can also be employed. West Ham have stated a desire to take on up to 50 match day Supporter Liaison Officers to improve the match day experience for supporters.

• A clear job description, reporting process and where the SLO fits in within an organisational structure/chart.

• SLOs should have a clear and visible presence at every game so that they can be a point of contact for supporters and can help address situations.
• Full contact details including email addresses, social media handles and phone numbers for SLOs should be made accessible to supporters via club websites, match day programmes and other means of communication.
• They actively seek contact with fans with the aim of presenting themselves as the club’s point of contact, listening to the requests and concerns of fans and communicating these requests and concerns to the club.
• The SLO must be credible with fans and should therefore have experience with and contacts to the networks in the fan base at the club.
• Participation in the club’s Safety Advisory Group (SAG) is recommended.

Find the right person:
Selecting the Supporter Liaison Officer Responsibility for selecting the supporter liaison officer lies with the club management.
• Where possible, the supporter liaison officer should be appointed from among the fans.
• The supporter liaison officer should be in regular contact with fans and enjoy their respect and acceptance based on his or her personality and
aptitude.
• Where possible, the supporter liaison officer should be given appropriate training, for example in the areas of communication, people management and conflict resolution. The provision of basic psychology and sociology skills, in particular with regard to group dynamics, is desirable.

Staff do not ordinarily leave this football club or any type of employment at this ridiculous rate...it just goes on and on😒

Part of the reason I started highlighting this is because the turnover is huge, (and there is no real restructure the same number of staff, and people who enjoy their job don't always move, but at least the owner seems to have cottoned to the fact you say good luck straight away, advertise immediately and it buys you time to get a replacement even if t's taken almost 2 half  years it's a step in the right direction.

From what I know about pay scales at the club the salary won’t attract a top class person with a wealth of experience. It Will end up being someone like Mark who wants to get a foot in the door at a full time club and build their career from there. All the best going forward Mark!

Mark is somebody the club will sorely miss to be honest, he was full of integrity and one of the most hard working individuals I’ve ever come across. He had so much time for all the footballers and given the amount we’ve had over the last two seasons that number is a hefty sum, even harder when half of them speak a different language! He was the first one in and the last one out most times. Not many fans will know about Mark because he quietly went about his business and did his job effectively but there were countless times he went above and beyond for the football club. He deserves the move more than anybody else in my opinion, the club will miss him and I know for a fact that the players will miss him even more.

Just seen this below on Twitter Is that Danny Philliskirk in a Latics tracksuit at the back? If so he must be following his dads footsteps

According to Soccerbase he is still at AFC Fylde where he has scored a massive 4 goals in 51 games and 7 as sub. since  July 2018.

Billy speaking out really hits home, and adds weight to what we have already heard about the running of the club. A damning indictment as you are likely to see from one of the good guys.. Cheers for the honesty Billy,
