What exactly have you seen to make you think he's any good? These players are shit and so we need an EXCEPTIONAL manager to get a tune out of them, or at the very least motivate them into looking like they give a shit. No. But we're stuck with most of them and the manager is not helping matters with this set up and it's his responsibility to get something from them by any means. Time to cut the excuses and realise we've got what we've got. Plenty of teams in this league who have mediocre squad, but are drilled enough to get results. Baffling how a manager can't seem this formation and set up isn't getting us anywhere.
