Well having seem the lineup then leaving to do somethingelse at 3pm I feared the worst but great to see the us pick the 3 points.

This thread makes interesting reading from about page 3 the mood really goes down before taking a really impressive upward curve 😀 😄

Some very quiet people who were pontificating earlier ,,,,

Sorry, but i missed your halftime win prediction.

We were absolute dross for 60 minutes and those pontificating were justified.

Nice to have got out of jail though :)

And made my prediction yesterday in the Prediction League and didn’t feel the need to be a drama queen on here .

Not related to us, but in football today my best wishes go to Tom Lockyer the Luton captain, hope he recovers although I would imagine if he does he won't play football again.

Also Stockport County they really are a team on the up. Just shows dropping out of the league doesn't have to be the end.

Can't knock the result, very happy that the team, however bad, can get a result. Consistency is an urgent requirement, something Mellon can hopefully achieve once he gets his way with the squad.

This league is weird in the way a large majority of home results end in defeat. Of today's twelve games, seven were home defeats [or away wins], three home wins and two draws. Results at BP need to be turned around somehow, without losing the knack of winning away.

Can't wait for 30 minutes into next game when you're all slating Sheron again

As someone whose observations are at present confined to YouTube clips and reading of this message board, I'd have to say I'm impressed by his finishing capability from around the edge of the penalty area. As for his more general midfield skills, not qualified to comment.

Indeed he doesn't seem very comfortable on the ball most of the time but when the ball drops too him on the edge of the box he turns into prime Steven Gerrard. Kind of weird really.
