The longer this takes the more I am inclined to believe that the FA are not going to allow a 'former' agent to own a Football Club.

I would've thought the FA would've thrown this out by now if that was the case? Moisley has said recently (on Radio Manchester) that the FA requested more information which the club have now supplied. I'd like to think it's got past the bit about him being a (now former) football agent.

I’d be extremely surprised if it didn’t going through. These things take time unfortunately, I keep going back to the foreign lads. There must have been provisional enqueires With the FA to say it shouldn’t be a problem, for corney to sanction these lads. I think within the next weeks it will done.

Be surprised if this doesn't go through

Aren't all the new lads on decent Whacks? Apparently that Mohamed Maouche is on 3.5-4k a week making him our Top earner?

Not a chance Corney is paying that for essentially a randomer signed out of nowhere who is barely making the bench (made it once in Checkatrade I think).

Always amazes me how many of you have access to our clubs payroll details its usually pretty confidential information in most businesses.

? don’t think many players in league 1 are on that kind of money not even making the bench never played but on 4K a week! ??

On the plus side he shouldn't begrudge paying the 8k a week Doyle is likely to want.

Going back to League 1 wages Billericay Towns wage bill is rumoured to be around £30k a week and they play at level 7 in the football pyramid.

Indeed, thereby doing the world of football an unintended good by upsetting the unspeakable shit that is Dulwich Hamlets.

Always amazes me how many people think that people inside of OAFC don't socialise with anybody outside of the club and talk loosely. I've heard plenty of information over the years from people (I feel are trustworthy) who've meet up (drinks/events/business dealings) with Corney who has told them potentially sensitive information etc.

Hmmm, I don't know - have you seen any of the coverage of Billericay?

Very, very different to each other but hard to say who would win in a Cunt Off between them and "The Hamlet".....

Given that Hamlets have some of the very cream of our own cunts, it's fair to say that they are pretty cunty

Trustworthy... telling people 'potentially sensitive information etc' while out on the piss.

Yes. That's what our owner does.

You seem a little confused. Where did I say I was told this information by people I trust "while out on the piss"?

Most of what I "hear" is stored on my phone in messages. Can't speak for others. Also, I didn't realise that talking to someone over drinks instantly makes the other person a liar. Interesting concept.

Anyway, as I was saying....my point in bold above stands as we seem to be getting away from it.

I didn't say they lied but I wouldn't describe someone who works inside oafc messaging sensitive info to 'outsiders' everytime they hear something trustworthy. This club has more leaks than the Mary Rose ffs!

Agree completely. Club officials are human beings like the rest of us and they can be inclined to gossip and brag about work and work colleagues, as much as anyone else. I've been amazed  in the past by some of the sensitive information volunteered, unprompted, by directors and senior staff, to people they don't even know particularly well.

I've no idea what Maouche or Flynn earn, but it doesn't suprise me that someone has been told that information. Whether the figures they've been supplied with are correct is another matter,  but it doesn't necessarily mean they're lying about having been told.
