Ex players and that

Recommended Posts

How very random to use the lad all the time in getting promoted, then bin him off for almost a year then bring him back another level ip

To be fair they were doing very well without him

Was picked in the run on team for the first game of this season and looked quite at home at that level.

Interesting interview with Darren Kelly

Claims he had Adam Armstrong lined up but was refused permission to sign him

I don't think I've ever seen so many excuses. What a hard luck tale, all those barriers everywhere he's gone to manage.

He also reckons that LJ had a similar playing career to him. Dreamland, Darren, just dreamland.

It’s the end of an area with Diego Cervero leaving Real Oviedo, where he was Club captain and will always be ‘God’, and signing for CF Fuenlabrada in the Segunda Division B Group 1. Fuenlabrada is near Madrid and the Club has a stadium named after Fernando Torres, who was born there.

Good luck Diego!

Swansea's forgotten hero Michu has signed for Real Oviedo, where he grew up with Cazorla, Mata and Cervero.

Speaking of Dazzler he's taking his Hyde team to Glossop North end next bank holiday Monday (we have no game that day for anyone at a loose end) I think I will go down and see if he has implemented his much vaunted "philosophy" on a Hyde team. Edited by GlossopLatic

Been said before plenty of times, but he should simply have not been given the job here.

As for once he left, his results have been grim. If everything was so set against him everywhere surely the first thing he should question is why did he take on any of the jobs.

It's hard to blame a bloke for wanting to put as good a spin on his career as possible, but I think the less he says about the past year the better - even if it's only the likes of a few of us on here reading it.
