Whilst he's proved not to be the greatest tactician, he has been dealt the crappiest of hands. Thanks to ALMOKE, he's trying to turn a bunch of no hopers into something resembling a team. And it's not just the total lack of ability of those that he's got to pick from, plus the complete balls up over contracts, something has to be seriously wrong with the training and fitness regime for us to have 10 players injured.
