Agreed.

If I remember rightly, I don't think Unsworth did that great when he's been in caretaker charge of Everton/Sheff Utd...

Would definitely prefer Greening - someone on the way up...

Lee Johnson out of work isn't he? I'd have him back in a heartbeat

What an odd response.

Not really when you have seen 26 different managers in the last 32 years.

Ofcourse a good manager can make an impact but if nothingelse changes then within the next 12 months we will be looking for a new one because we will keep losing matches abd we will have to sack them or he will performed a miracle and probably have been poached by another club.

By that logic we should have kept ALMO

Joe Royle

Jimmy Frizzell

Roger Palmer

Andy Ritchie

Need I go on?

Royle and Frizell have stands named after them

Isn't the dodgy main stand bar named after Palmer?

You can only have so many statues so I'd give Royle and Frizzell the first go

Do you know what the problem is yet?

I'm not sure what you are getting at but the bottom line for me, at least, was the results on the pitch and the apparent lack of preparation and tactics. I believe Sheridan said as much himself that his management style is old fashioned.

Instead of cryptic one-liners, why don't you tell me what the problem is or what you believe it to be? I will respect your opinion and that you may be right and I may proved to be wrong.
