The Hammers hero knows he’s not experienced enough to replace under-pressure manager Gianfranco Zola just yet. So he is willing to learn the ropes in League One or League Two first.

lol I wouldnt want him either, but if we are in a financial mess as some have said.

It would be the kind of choice they would make.

Hopefully things are not that bad and we will appoint the right man this time.

Any prospective manager watching that dross today won't want the job.

Any other potential managers in main stand today?

Didnt see any first half, moved down to paddock second half,

feel sorry for the lads on the pitch with all there moaning down there

new manager has a very tough job

Which way to go?

Do we take our time to appoint the right candidate ( without hindsight of course )

OR

Do we make a reasonably quick appointment so the new man can identify and target any acquisitions before they're snapped up?
