You seen how uneven the car park is? it will take a long time to even it out. It will look far different with the rest of the windows and seats in place, which won't take an age. The seats won't take long I don't think, likely to be modular. And a floor of windows has taken 3 weeks so reasonable to assume the ground floor will be as long if not quicker. It just requires a little vision... ;-), well trust in Paul Whitehead and confidence.
