If Cooper didn't rule himself out (despite his club trying to do so) then there must be enough to tempt many at this level. I also don't think it would be the wisest career move to instantly rule yourself out of jobs as they arise. Eventually one will come along that a manager really wants & if he's continuously ruled himself out of other opportunities, then he could be viewed as having limited ambition.
