yarddog73
Holmes Dennis actually gave up defending for that third goal.
BP1960
4! Coleman, Hudson, Holmes-Dennis and Bunn (who has bagged) Some would say we have 4 better players now in Ripley,Clarke, Hunt and Holloway.

NewBlue
Quite a bit of a backlash around Dean Holden at Bristol City, as his presence has coincided with their shocking run of form. Must say I feel sorry for the man. He's the common denominator who's getting a bad name for himself, but surely, surely he can't actually have such a negative influence everywhere he goes. Hope he goes elsewhere and does okay for a change. Of course, naturally I'm wishing relegation on Bristol. That goes without saying.

Lee Sinnott
Adam Lockwood is doing a great job at Guiseley. They looked doomed when he took over, but he has got them 5 points clear of the drop zone...

(though give him his due, he does seem to have been scoring a couple)

GlossopLatic
Johnson's assistant head coach at Brizzle, Steve Pemberton has been sacked. Holden avoids the axe. Both have dodged bullets although it could be a case of Lansdown doing what Corney does and trying to force him to stand down.

yarddog73
He was appointed on the 14th November 2014. Left 12th January 2016. Before we appointed him in 2014 we were ticking along just fine. P 16 W6 D7 L3 including an 11 game unbeaten league run ended at top of the table Bristol City 1-0. After his appointment the remainder of the season reads P30 W8 D8 L14. The following season he was at the club for half a season and his record reads P23 W3 D11 L9. Giving him an overall league record of P53 W11 D19 L23 which is grim whichever way you want to dress it up. Incidentally when he left last season our record was P23 W9 D7 L3. Without him in the two seasons he was involved our record would be P39 W15 D14 L10. Make of it what you will.

But stats for coaching can't be great, what about at Walsall? Find it hard to believe he's so influential that he can turn a team's form in an instant. All a bit bizarre.
