Because we weren’t very good in the first half of the season possibly?

There’s a logic to using the calendar year as an indicator of form in our case this season. It’s not about manipulating stats to make things look better.

Assuming Unsworth stays for the whole of next season then yes, you’d look at full season rather than half. But given the situation with facilities/recruitment and squad turnover and also Unsworth stating at the time his change of approach after Boxing Day, it’s fair to use half a season now.

Why? The season is 46 games, not just selective.

Because about 3 players from September - December remain in our squad ?

Im not looking to manipulate the stats, but in isolation they look terrible. If you split them out between first half and second half of the season I’m sure it would show a big improvement and the results for the second half of the season are more representative of what we can expect going forward (I bloody hope).

At 75 mins I would disagree. Poor quality esp from Notts.
cue them turning it on.

Yes, both were at each other early on then Chesterfield always looked the more likely despite Notts having more of the ball
