Best away performance of the season. Not an high bar I know but we nearly did a job on them, despite their keeper having no hands, on the down side we didn't have enough brain cells to see it out.

Couple of observations - how can Sutton be 20 yards behind the defensive line for their goal, school boy defending that. Another kicking the ball away contributes to another red card and Hogan again bitching with the ref leads to a goal in the next phase of play.

Frustrating, thought Hudson was weak as piss for the equaliser as well.

Unbelievable that.  Diving cheating See You Next Tuesday...

Looking at the replays, he tripped himself up.  Not a dive. The ref just didn’t see what happened. Benefit of the doubt that must have been there, should have gone to Shelton.

Sutton was struggling with cramp for a while so that might have contributed

Made the Nuttall substitution even more baffling than playing a target man type striker as a winger would be anyway

One defeat in 4, though!!  Exciting times..

We played better than we have been playing, is the faintest praise I can give it.

They missed a few chances.  We were helped out by their 'keeper for our goals.  We've still yet to look like a promotion-challenging team under Unsworth.

Fair play to Frank for his speech pre-match - great that he seems to be in it for the long hall, but I think he might be accepting mediocrity when he shouldn't need to...

We should have won that at a canter, 2 points thrown away but 1 gained depending on how you see it.

Need to start backing it up at home and then it wouldn't feel like it does

He can’t win away. Means fuck all if we even win at home. We won’t challenge by getting only a point away from home.

I'm pretty certain that Shelton got sent off for his reaction to the decision rather than the foul.  I'm also sure exactly the same thing happened for his first booking too.

Did we not get the memo about this?  Refs have clearly been given this directive and we've picked up so many bookings like it this season already, it's so stupid by the players and it's obviously something Unsworth isn't controlling.

He was booked for kicking the ball away for the first, the 2nd was definitely the challenge. Had his hand in his pocket immediately. Because it was simulation it might get overturned, but I'm not sure if that was only for straight reds....

Please don’t appeal. Shelton is a fraud. Wish it was a straight red, the guy can’t pass a football.

If he's not available, we're down to Sheron and a not fully fit Lundstram as CM options.

My concern is we rush Lundstram back and he ends up out for a while.

This is the big concern for me. Apart from the Aldershot game, the only goals we've scored in the other 6, we needed help from the GK.

Well I'm sure they'll be chalked off the goals scored column and added to the goals that don't count column

Lad was a yard out. I prefer Norman but no fault at all for Hudson there

Slight improvement at times, but not enough improvement by a long way.

We only seem to score when we get help from their GK which is a huge concern with our strikers

Again, we created nothing for Norwood

2 games in the same week where we get a player sent off for 2 yellows where one was for kicking the ball away

Poor game management from DU, bringing Nuttall on when we have Sutton obviously struggling with cramp. And playing Nuttall as a winger full stop is poor.

Stupidity from Hogan and Hudson for their 2nd

And again, poor from DU to have the bench set up as it was. If we're playing 433, you need wide players on the bench. They're not world class players, but Hope or Tollitt has to be on the bench for that. You don't need Reid and Nuttall there when you're playing with 1 ST. Needs to be brave, pick which one he wants, and the other isn't in the squad. Willoughby can play wide or central so there's the option if you need to bring more forwards in to the team.

All in all, struggling to see what people are seeing to think DU can turn it around. Looks like a matter of time before we have to change it for me, and if we wait too long it could be another season of trying to avoid relegation.

Expecting a big drop in crowd for Dorking

Agree with every word. 433 looked OK before the subs. Wooden and lop sided afterwards

Thought we were ok overall.

Should have managed the game better though, and I agree with the above, bringing Nuttall on exposed Sutton, although what he was doing dropping off so deep on his own for their second?

The referee's are absolutely atrocious in this league, I thought they were bad in the EFL but fuck me, so bad down here.

Unsworth looked proper deflated towards the end.

Sorry but it's impossible for Unsworth to look deflated

My WhatsApp match report:

The Heed dominating possession and playing out from the back - Latics pressing but not creating anything much - they had three chances but Hobson got a vital touch for the first, Hudson saved the second and Hobson again to block the third.

As always, the opposition seem sharper than us and are currently well on top…

We take the lead - Dickenson shot fumbled over the line by the keeper.

0-1

Slow start to the second half - losing our discipline somewhat  - three bookings in a five minute spell..

Fast break by them and deflected shot past Hudson…1-1

Keeper hero to zero - great save from Hogan header but neat finish from Hogan. 1-2

Lucky not to concede a penalty - good job there’s no VAR in our league.

Reid close!

WTF… shocking defending  - lost our shape and discipline 2-2.

Shelton second yellow and off but unfair as he didn’t touch the player…

We just haven’t got going  - poor display for me - we really are a poor side. At times our play resembles park football.

A long way to go…

Are you suggesting 6 games with 0 goals that didn't come from poor goalkeeping/goalkeeping howlers is ok because we scored 5 in 1 other game?

Surely I have to have misunderstood your comment...

For all the pre season promises we will be the fittest team in the league we look completely the opposite.

Freeman and Dickenson look miles off the pace.
