He's still a kid, they could be biding time until they think he's matured enough to cope with the physical demands and nous to cope with senior football? He actually got on the ball and ran at the opposition. That's nothing spectacular, of course, but it's better than what most of our midfielders have done this season. I'm not opposed to Vaughan going out on loan, but is he the worst of what we've currently got? I don't think so. Time will tell. I guess the idea is he's playing 90 mins each week, getting lumps kicked out of him and learning from any mistakes that brings. He can then come back here on the bench or into the team ready to roll. Sutton came straight into the team last season from a similar loan ready to mix it if i recall correctly. I just wish we'd have done similar with Lumaba.
